ListLang Terms of Use

ListLang, Inc. (“ListLang,” “we”, “us” or “our”) welcomes you. We invite you to access and use our services (the “Services”), which are made available to you through our website located at www.listlang.com (the “Website”) and/or through the ListLang mobile software application that we license to you (the “App”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to herein as the “Platform.”

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms state the terms and conditions under which you may use the Platform and/or the Services. By signing up, accessing and/or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Platform and/or use the Services.

1. Using the Application
1. Usage of ListLang is free of charge. We reserve the right to modify these gratis services at any time and at our own discretion.
2. Liability
1. ListLang does not assume liability for the accuracy of the offered translations, example sentences, and text audio.
3. Copyright
1. Dictionary entries and word lists in the database are added and maintained by the users. In doing so, the user agrees that the user content is not subjected to anyone else's copyright or subjected to only his or her own copyright. In the case that the user submits his or her own content, the user agrees to give to ListLang, free-of-charge and for the maximum extent possible, a license for unlimited and unrestricted use of the content. Currently, all users can create word lists, but only selected users (with moderator priviledges) can add/modify/delete dictionary entries. 2. We take no responsibility for user content submitted to ListLang. The user takes full responsibility for his or her content. If you become aware of any user content that infringes upon copyright, please submit a DMCA request to kevin@listlang.com
